This mindfulness and anxiety reduction group led by a Registered Occupational Therapist will teach strategies to improve attention and emotion regulation skills. In a small-group setting, children will learn healthy coping strategies to manage feelings of stress and anxiety, such as:
Guided imagery
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Breathing techniques
Dates: Fri, Mar 22nd & Fri, Mar 29th
Time: 10:30-11:30am
Kids and teens are both welcome for this workshop! Autism Funding and At Home Funding will be accepted.
